LinkedIn personal branding in two moves: get found, then get remembered.
Personal branding is deciding what you want to be known for, then making your headline, About, experience and posting all say the same thing. It is not filling in profile fields: two people with the same career can read as a specialist or as a generalist, on the writing alone.
We write that positioning, then build the visibility behind it. Consultants, not a tool.
Get found
Headline, About, experience and skills rewritten around the terms recruiters actually filter on, so you enter the search result at all.
Get remembered
A month of positioning, a posting plan and engagement run for you, so people in your field know your name before they need you.
- 01PositioningThe two or three things you should be known for, settled on the call before a word is written.
- 02NarrativeAn About that connects what you have done to where you are going, not a list of jobs in order.
- 03VocabularySkills and terms taken from the live ads for your roles, used only where they are true of you.
- 04DifferentiationWhat gets cut matters as much as what goes in, so it does not read like every other profile in your field.
- 05CredibilityEvery experience line carries a result someone could check, rather than a description of duties.
- 06VisibilityKeyword placement and profile completeness on both, plus the posting and engagement plan on Go Viral.
Less useful very early in a career, when there is not yet enough to position. If that is where you are, we will say so.
If all you want is to rank in recruiter search, the Recruiter Magnet LinkedIn System is the narrower service. This page covers positioning and presence together.
Your profile gets about six seconds
A recruiter opens dozens of profiles in one sitting. What happens in those first seconds decides whether yours gets read properly or closed. Four things tend to close it.
You never entered the search
Recruiters work from a filtered list. There is no feed to scroll through. If your headline and skills do not carry the words they filtered on, you are not on page one or page nine. You are not in the result at all.
It reads like a job description
Most profiles list what the role involved. A recruiter already knows what an operations manager does. What they cannot tell is whether you did it at their scale, in their market, with the kind of problems they have.
Nothing says where you are going
A profile that reads as a record of the past leaves the reader to guess your direction. Guessing is effort, and effort is what makes someone close the tab.
You post, and it goes nowhere
Publishing into silence builds nothing. You need a subject you keep returning to, and a reason your view on it carries weight. Without that, posts read as noise.
Recruiters do not browse. They filter.
A recruiter with a role to fill opens the search tool, sets a location, a seniority and a handful of skills, then reads down a ranked list. Everything that decides whether you appear happens before anyone has seen your face.
Written for the
search that finds you
We do not guess at this. Before writing a line we read the live postings for your target roles in each market you named, because the vocabulary drifts. What a Dubai employer calls a Commercial Manager, a London one may advertise as Head of Revenue.
Waiting has a price.
It just never appears on a statement.
This is simple subtraction. If you are paid below the role you could be holding, that difference goes missing every month you stay on the old number. Put your own figures in and see what it comes to.
Work out your own number
Your figures stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
The market moves without you
Roles get filled from shortlists you were not on. That happens whether or not you were the stronger candidate.
Most of the change is front-loaded
The rewrite is a few days of work, and the profile keeps working after that. Many clients see a first approach within a fortnight of publishing, though we do not promise a timeline.
The downside is capped
Go Viral carries written targets and pays you AED 3,000 if they are missed inside 30 days. The Basic rewrite is yours to keep either way.
Presence builds
over a matter of weeks
Posting does not work the way people hope it will. Very little happens for a fortnight, then the same post that would have been ignored in week one starts getting read. This is one client's comment count across five weeks.
Comments per week
One Go Viral client · five weeks · comments received
| Week | Comments |
|---|---|
| 1 | 186 |
| 2 | 298 |
| 3 | 73 |
| 4 | 305 |
| 5 | 410 |
These are the figures the agreement is written against before you pay, and the same figures the AED 3,000 guarantee rests on. They are targets, not a forecast of results.
Through topic choice, wording and timing
From inside your field and target markets
Comments tend to come before messages
In cash, within 30 days of your profile going live, if you kept to the posting plan
We do not promise profile views, recruiter messages or a job. LinkedIn is a third-party platform whose ranking and policies we do not control. Full terms.
See the two options →A job history, and a professional case
Same person, same experience, and both versions are true. Drag the handle across. The difference is what the first two lines make a recruiter want to do next.
Both versions describe the same eight years. The first waits to be asked about them. The second answers the question a recruiter is actually holding in their head: have you done this at the size I need?
A composed example, used to show the writing. “John Doe” is not a real client, and the figures on the card illustrate the contrast rather than promise a result.
Six steps, and what happens in each
None of it is automated. The same consultant carries your file from the first call to the last revision, which is the reason we limit how many we take on.
The call
Forty minutes on what you have done, what you want next, and which markets you would genuinely move for. Most of the useful material surfaces here.
Reading the market
We pull the live ads for your target roles in the countries you want them in, and note the terms that keep recurring, including the ones you would not have thought to use.
Choosing the angle
You cannot lead with everything. We settle on the two or three things your profile should be known for, and what gets cut to make room for them.
The rewrite
Headline, About, experience and skills, written together so they tell one story instead of four separate ones.
Your review
You read it, mark anything that does not sound like you, and we change it. Nothing goes live until you say so.
After it publishes
Thirty days watching how the profile performs, with adjustments along the way. Go Viral adds the posting plan and the engagement work on top.
Fix the profile, or build the authority
Both begin with the same audit and the same rewrite, around one professional position. The difference is whether we stop there, or carry on for a month with the content and engagement that build authority.
Option 1 — LinkedIn Basic
The positioning and the rewrite on their own. The right choice if your problem is that the right people never find you, and you would rather handle the visible side yourself.
- A headline built from the terms recruiters search on when they are filling your target roles
- An About section that opens with what you have done, before any adjectives
- Experience rewritten so each line carries a result someone could check
- Skills ordered for the filters used in UAE, UK, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia
- Profile sections ordered so the things that matter sit where the eye lands first
- Wording checked so it holds up in more than one market
- A tone written for your sector rather than a general professional voice
- One round of revisions
What people said afterwards.

What people actually ask us before booking
Nothing here is written to flatter the service. Where it is not the right fit, that is written down too.
The search is already running, with you in it or without you.
Recruiters will open result lists this week for roles that would suit you. Whether you are in those lists comes down to wording that can be corrected in a few days. Both packages start with the same audit, and Go Viral pays you AED 3,000 if the agreed engagement targets are missed.
LinkedIn is one piece of it. See CV writing, cover letters, distribution and AutoPilot.
